Our services are retained based on a contingency contract. In other words, if you hire us, we will present the damages to your insurance carrier in an effort to reach an agreed scope of work and price to repair the building to its pre-storm condition. Once we reach the agreement, then we will repair the damages to your building based upon that scope of work for the amount of money agreed to by the insurance carrier. If the insurance carrier refuses your claim or otherwise denies the damages, then you have no further obligation to us and the contract is voided. While we conduct a thorough evaluation to identify all of the damages, we do not set the pricing. All of our pricing is set by a third party, “Xactimate,” which is the industry standard estimating and pricing program used by insurance companies and adjusters.
